YES, our courses are accepted in ALL states for CEUs, see our approvals/accreditation below.

No. You may return to the class as many times as necessary to complete the course. When you register for the class, you make up your own user ID and password; and you may return at any time, 24/7 in order to complete it.

How do I get a copy of my certificate in case I lose it or need another copy?

First, save a copy of the Email we send you. You may go back to that Email and print certificate as many times as you need. If you did not save the Email, then call our office and we can send you another copy. (no charge)

How long do you keep my course and certificate available online?

We keep your account active online for one full year.  If you request, we can keep your account active longer.  However, we also keep your certificate on file in our office for more than six years, as required by most state Nursing Boards. You may request duplicate copies of your certificate for up to 6 years at no extra charge.

What does CEU mean for accumulating CE credits?

CEU stands for "Continuing Education Units" 1 CEU stands for 1 Unit of 10 contact hours credit.   2 CEUs stand for 20 contact hours credit, etc.  Today, we use the term contact hours in order to determine your accumulated hours for your license renewal.  Most states require 30 contact hours for license renewals (this would be 3 CEUs).

Course Approvals:

"Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP-3285 for Stated Number of contact Hours Credit."  Accepted in all mandatory CE states.
