At Taylor College for Continuing Education we never give out or sell any of your personal information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy will advise you about how we protect your personal information, and about what choices you have concerning the use of that information. Please read this policy carefully. We may need to change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes on our site. We will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose that information to anyone.


The Information We Collect and How We Use

We collect information on the site in order to make it possible for you to purchase items on our website and to enhance your overall experience. We also monitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve design and layout. We will not collect personal information about you without your knowledge and consent. We may employ outside agents, meaning other companies or individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as sending postal mail and email, promotional activities, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These agents have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but they may not use it for other purposes. Other than our outside agents, we keep all of your personal information private and will not share it with any third party, unless you have authorized us to or we are legally required to do so.

We may also release account information when we are requested by any State Nursing Boards in order to confirm that you completed a CE class. (When a Nursing Board requests an audit of a class you completed).

Taylor College for Continuing Education may provide information in the aggregate to third parties without disclosure of personally identifying information.


Security of your information

When you make a purchase on our website, the bank needs to obtain your credit card number, expiration date and billing address information. This information is encrypted and transmitted safely over the internet to our bank where it is stored in their secure servers – where it is used for billing purposes only. Taylor College for Continuing Education does not have access to this information as all credit card processing is handled by our bank and is not stored on our servers. Our bank uses SSL encryption to help ensure that all the personal information you provide is encrypted and remains private (unless sent by an unsecured means, such as email).

This helps to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

We strive to protect your personal information, however we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.


Your Acceptance of These Terms

You agree that Taylor College for Continuing Education may retain and use your personal information until you inform us that you do not agree with this Privacy Policy and agree that you will not use the website for a reasonable period of time thereafter, in accordance with Taylor College for Continuing Education’s data retention policies and/or practices. By using this site after we post any changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree to accept those changes.


Refund Policy:

If you change your mind for any reason, any unused course may be cancelled or returned for a full refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Online classes may be cancelled and hardcopy books may be returned If hardcopy book is returned to us postage paid and in PERFECT condition, then we will be no fee. If the book is damaged there will be a $10 restocking fee. If you have already received your completion certificate for the course, there are no refunds.

Any unused course may be exchanged for a different course within 15 days from date of purchase (returned course must be in perfect condition). Courses must be returned to us by insured mail. Customer must pay the insured shipping charges or UPS charges for the returned course. Only one free exchange is allowed per customer. Online or Ebook courses will simply be cancelled and refunded.

After 30 days there are no refunds or exchanges. However, after 15 days, you DO have the option, to: (1) transfer the course to another nurse or: (2) hold the course and use it for renewal for your next license period.
